Wipe clean with a damp cloth and a touch of lemon juice for shine, but do not use in the dishwasher.

Are the roller sizes the same on the double roller as on the single (single or festooned) rollers?

Yes the sizes are the same.

Adjustable Pasta Cutter: What is the narrowest strip that can be cut?

1,50 cm  (1/2 inch approx).

Do you have any tips for using your tools efficiently?

Here are 3 tips for using homemade pasta cutters and stamps efficiently:

1)Use the right dough consistency: The consistency of the dough is crucial. Make sure to achieve a smooth and flexible dough, not too sticky. If it's too sticky, add a bit of flour; if it's too dry, add a little water. The right consistency will make the pasta easier to work with, allowing the cutters and molds to shape the pasta smoothly.

2)Flour your work surface well: Before rolling out or using the cutters and molds, ensure to flour your work surface adequately. This prevents the pasta from sticking and breaking during the process. You can also lightly flour the top of the dough when rolling it out to prevent sticking to the rolling pin or molds.

3)Let the pasta dry before cooking: After shaping the pasta with the cutters or molds, let it dry for a short period before cooking. This helps the pasta maintain its shape during cooking and provides a better texture. You can let it dry on a lightly floured tray or a pasta drying rack for at least 15-30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the pasta.

The shipping cost is fixed up to $249.99. Free shipping for orders of $250 and above. We encourage to order more than one unit to save on shipping!

Which is the Return Policy?

La Gondola is committed to your complete satisfaction.If any product you purchase from La Gondola does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days. Please send an email to the customer service, requesting instructions for the items you would wish to return. Shipping charges are non refundable.

How can I create my account?

Creating your La Gondola account is very useful for keeping track of your orders and for saving your shipping address, so it will already be filled in during checkout for your future orders.

Creating it is very simple. Just click on the person-shaped icon at the top right of the website (both on PC and smartphone) where the menu is, and then click on Create Account.

The Create Account page will open, where you will need to enter your First Name, Last Name, Email and Password, and finally click on Create. You will receive a confirmation email of the account creation, and you will be able to check the status of your orders right away.

Where can I modify the shipping address linked to my account?

You can modify the shipping address for your orders by accessing your La Gondola account. To do this, simply click on the person icon at the top right of the website (both from PC and smartphone) and enter the email (the one used during purchase) and the password of your account.

Then, in the 'Account Details' section, click on the 'View Addresses' button. From here, you can modify or delete a previously entered address, or you can add a new shipping address associated with your account.

Where can I find past orders?

You can find past orders by accessing your La Gondola account.

To do this, simply click on the person icon at the top right of the website (both on PC and smartphone) and enter the email (the one used during purchase) and the password of your account. You will find the details of all your orders placed up to that moment.

I have forgotten my account password, how can I recover it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can change it by clicking on 'Forgot your password?' and following the steps to recover it.
