La Gondola was born in Vittorio Veneto in 1997, a small town in northern Italy where the love for good food permeates the air. We have developed a great passion for pasta, tortellini, ravioli, and tagliatelle; a passion rooted deeply in the kitchen of a traditional Italian family.

Like all Italian families, in our house there was the habit of eating homemade fresh pasta.
I remember well when on Sundays we used to go to our grandmother's house for lunch with the whole family; tortellini, ravioli, tagliatelle... it was always a feast for us children, teenagers, and adults.
Helping grandma prepare fresh pasta was really a fun game, we enjoyed it a lot!
Sitting around a table with relatives and friends is an unforgettable experience for every Italian: an experience that we almost take for granted.
Over time, in our family, this habit of making fresh pasta at home has been somewhat lost, until my daughter, who was very young at the time, showed an unstoppable passion for cooking and especially for pasta.
When she found some recipes written by her grandmother in the drawer of memories, rolling pin and pasta cutter... she was off, no one could stop her!
Thanks to her, we started making pasta, ravioli, tortellini, and much more at home again. Even today, the fun is endless and the goodness of our products is always unique.
